Every recipe on Snappy Snackers was written by me, but only the ones marked "100% Truck Tested" actually survived real rush-hour chaos in the tight 8-foot galley of my truck. The rest are an honestly-labeled curated collection—recipes I stand behind, but haven't personally cooked on the flat-top yet.
Because I'm on the road cooking instead of taking studio photos, I use sun-bleached AI photo cards as artistic stand-ins for my real food-truck dishes. But the taste, measurements, and griddle techniques are 100% genuine.
