This is a static website with no forms that transmit data to a server, no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when a page loads.

This website is hosted by TODO(owner): please name your hosting provider. When you visit the site, the hosting provider technically and necessarily processes access data — including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the browser used and the operating system (server log files) — to deliver the website reliably and securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient online offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Forms

The catering enquiry form on this site does not send any data to a server. When you submit it, the entered values only stay in your browser (React component state) to show a confirmation message — nothing is transmitted, stored or forwarded anywhere.

4. Cookies & analytics

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

5. Fonts

This site uses the fonts Barlow Condensed, Caveat, Courier Prime, Outfit and Pacifico. The font files are self-hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google or any other third party — so no connection to Google's servers is made and no IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of its processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). For any of these requests, an informal message to the e-mail address above is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar begins with "https://".
